Dr. Isaac Lee was born and raised in Southern California and completed his bachelors in business administration at University of the Pacific. After graduating, he decided to switch careers to something more engaging and hands-on. Dr. Lee went on to pursue his masters in global medicine at University of Southern California and moved to Illinois to receive his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at Midwestern University.

Dr. Lee is a compassionate dentist with a flair for adventure and a love for the great outdoors. When he’s not brightening smiles in the clinic, you’ll find him embracing the thrill of snowboarding down slopes, perfecting his swing on the golf course, or unwinding under the stars on a camping trip. Dr Karyn Swade Graduated Summa Cum Laude from Loyola University of Chicago School of Dentistry and received her DDS at the same school in 1992. She also enjoyed a residency year at the Michael Reese hospital. Dr. Swade believes everyone can have a bright and healthy smile. She enjoys being a dentist and interacting with her patients. Dr Nikhil Patel grew up in the suburbs of Chicago and attended Washington University in St. Louis majoring in Biochemistry. Chris Noh was born and raised in Michigan where he received his undergraduate degree and doctorate of dental surgery at the University of Detroit Mercy. Dr Noh stays active in the dental professional community and is a current member in the American Dental Association and the Chicago Dental Society. He prides himself on his craftsmanship and always ensures the highest level of quality with all his treatment. He is also very passionate about patient care and treats each case with great consideration.

Outside of work, Dr Noh loves to sketch, rock climb, and play tennis and videogames. He calls Chicago his new home and loves exploring all the city has to offer.

Dr. Purav Shah graduated from the University of Illinois-Chicago. He previously studied Biological Sciences at University of Illinois-Chicago, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He has published several peer-reviewed studies, including work on protecting patient’s oral health in the context of electronic cigarette use , and case reports on complex dental cases.

Dr. Brittney Borga

Dr. Borga grew up in a small town in Wisconsin and studied at Marquette University in Milwaukee for both her undergraduate and dental school programs. Upon graduating, she practiced dentistry in Southeast Wisconsin for a few years before moving to Chicago with her husband. Dr. Borga continued her restorative dental skills working downtown in the Loop for over 8 years before joining the Smile Obsession team.

Dr. Borga believes in creating relationships with her patients and helping them to achieve the best oral health they can. She focuses on patient comfort and wants all of her patients to have a smile they are proud of. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Illinois Dental Society, and Chicago Dental Society and regularly takes part in continuing education to stay up-to-date on the new dental trends.

Dr. Borga lives downtown with her husband and their German Shepherd Dog and spends most of her time outside of work doing dog-related activities. She enjoys fantasy football, succulent plants, and anything involving animals.

Dr. Henry Bodde was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. He graduated from the University of Missouri before going on to receive his DDS from the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Dentistry. Shortly after, he made his way to Chicago, where he now practices. Dr. Weis graduated from the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine and traded the Rockies for the Skyline of Chicago. He moved to Chicago with his puppy named Phoebe and has since been enjoying all the things Chicago has to offer.

She is an auntie to two wonderful and talented nieces. She enjoys traveling, going on roadtrips and hiking national parks. Dr. Hamed Mirzamani

A native of Chicago, Dr. Mirzamani earned his Bachelor’s degree with High Honors from the University of Illinois at Chicago, followed by a Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) from Midwestern University. Dr. Mirzamani is dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient centered dental care. He has extensive training in both restorative and surgical dentistry and holds certifications in Botox and facial aesthetics (AAFE), Invisalign, and laser dentistry, among others. Committed to conservative, evidence-based treatment, he consistently upholds the highest standards of clinical excellence. Over the past five years, he has completed more than 500 hours of continuing education, ten times the state requirement. During her dental education, she held several board member roles with the American Dental Education Association, the Hispanic Student Dental Association, and the American Association of Women Dentists.

She brings enthusiasm and passion to delivering patient care in a calm, kind, and compassionate manner. Fluent in Spanish, Dr. Francisco believes that patient comfort is key to building a strong patient-provider relationship. Dr. Selam Totonchi grew up in the suburbs of Chicago and received a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry at the University of Illinois – Urbana, Champaign. He continued his education and received a Master of Science in Chemistry at Northeastern Illinois University. After a few years of being a Research and Development Chemist, Dr. Totonchi decided to change paths and pursue a lifelong career in Dentistry where he completed his DMD at University of Illinois – Chicago College of Dentistry. During his dental education, he became the President of the American Dental Education Association Chapter at UIC and participated in national conferences to improve quality and access to oral health care. Dr. Totonchi continued advancing his dental techniques and education by completing a General Practice Residency at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center.

When not in the office, Dr. Totonchi loves to spend most of his time with friends and family. He is the fun uncle of 8 nieces and nephews all ranging between the ages of 0 to 7. He is a foodie that loves trying different restaurants and cuisines. Additionally, his other hobbies are playing competitive racquetball, interactive board games, and free-style cooking.

Dr. Totonchi is dedicated to providing the highest quality of dental care and ensures that his patients are comfortable in the dental chair. When asked what his favorite aspect of dentistry is, Dr. Totonchi said, “Being able to get patients out of pain, along with the joy and smiles after doing so!”

Dr. Rurka is a general practitioner who focuses on patient centered preventative and restorative dentistry. He was born and raised in Naperville and attended Benet Academy. To that end, he is always striving to stay abreast of the latest techniques and technologies. Dr. Shaan Baig was born and raised in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. He completed his undergraduate studies at Loyola Chicago where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BS in Biology in 2010. He then traveled to Los Angeles and graduated from USC School of Dentistry in 2016. While in LA, Dr. Baig mastered the arts of esthetic dentistry. After several years, he decided it was time to come back to Chicago and be closer to family. Dr. Baig is passionate about restorative dentistry and has a keen eye for cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Yunjun Park, originally from Northville, Michigan, completed both her undergraduate education and Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Detroit Mercy. Prior to joining the Smile Obsessions Lakeview team, she practiced dentistry in Bolingbrook and New Lenox, Illinois. During her training, she built a strong foundation in comprehensive and emergency dental care. She values patient education and clear communication, believing that informed patients feel confident and empowered in their care. Dr. Grant Kasal earned his dental degree from Midwestern University in Downers Grove, Illinois, after completing his bachelor’s degree at Western Illinois University, where he played Division I football. He then completed a two-year residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology at Texas A&M College of Dentistry, gaining advanced training in CBCT interpretation, head and neck imaging, and interdisciplinary patient care.

While completing his residency, Dr. Kasal also practiced as a general dentist, combining hands-on clinical experience with advanced diagnostic expertise. Years later, she followed her dream to Illinois, earning her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Midwestern University. During dental school, Dr. Tello found her roots in leadership, serving as President of her school chapter American Student Dental Association and later as President of the Executive Student Council. Her dedication earned her the Outstanding Student Leader Award and ASDA District Delegate of the Year Award. Dr. Tello believes great dentistry starts with listening and building genuine relationships with her patients.
