Dr. Lucas Hooker grew up in the suburbs of Chicago and went to Baylor University for undergraduate where he received his degree in Biochemistry. Dr. Hooker went on to attend University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry where he graduated top of his class and received awards recognizing his scholarship and compassion in interpersonal relationships.
Dr. Hooker is passionate about the work that he does and stays up to date with the latest in dentistry as an active member of the American Dental Association, Illinois State Dental Association, and the Chicago Dental Society. Dr. Hooker treats all of his patients with a sense of kindness, compassion, and respect and prides himself in educating his patients about the importance of proper dental care and maintenance. Dr. Greg P. Schubert earned a Bachelor of Science from SIUE and then received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from University of Illinois in Chicago, fulfilling his 5th grade yearbook goal.
He loves working with patients of all ages.
He is an avid runner and biker. He takes advantage of the lakefront trails and participates in many races throughout the year. He grew up in a musical family and continues to entertain friends playing music on his baby grand piano.
He is a big Cubs fan (after dumping the Cardinals) and he would like to see another World Series win from inside Wrigley Field instead of watching on Waveland Ave.

She is an auntie to two wonderful and talented nieces. She enjoys traveling, going on roadtrips and hiking national parks. As much as she enjoys nature, she does love Chicago and what it has to offer. Dr Tulowiecka loves walking or biking along the lakefront and enjoys discovering new places to dine and listen to music.

Dr. Taimoor Rahman
Having grown up in Toronto, Canada, Dr. Rahman graduated from the University of Toronto with a double major in Immunology and Human Biology. He went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Medicine from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.
Upon finishing dental school, he then completed a general practice residency at Loyola University Medical Center, where he learned how to manage medically complex cases and surgical procedures.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Rahman loves to travel, play video games, try new restaurants and catch up with old friends. He strongly believes that every patient deserves to be treated like family, and will go the extra mile to ensure that they get the quality and comfort that they deserve.

I went to UIC for undergrad and completed my Bachelors in Biological Sciences. Currently, I live in the western suburbs. I enjoy spending my free time with my family, checking out any new places and eating out.

Dr. Anne Azzo had wanted to become a dentist since childhood and now appreciates every minute of being one. Seeing patients’ happy faces after an appointment is one of the best parts of dentistry, and as Dr. Azzo likes to say, “If you are happy, we are all happy.” She strives to provide a comfortable and enjoyable environment for patients while also focusing on quality care. She went to the University of Illinois at Chicago for her bachelor’s then later obtained her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at Midwestern University at Downers Grove. She received Invisalign training and nitrous oxide training along the way. In her free time, Dr. Azzo enjoys seeing family and friends, travelling, hiking, and taking care of her German Shepherd named Ollie. Dr. Azzo hails from the Chicago suburbs and cannot wait to see patients of the Montgomery community!

Dr. Cristina Francisco
Dr. Cristina Francisco grew up in Addison, IL and graduated from North Central College with a Bachelors of Science in Biology. She then went on to complete her Masters in Biomedical Sciences from Roosevelt University. She pursued her dental education and training at the University of Illinois—Chicago College of Dentistry. During her time there, she served several board member roles with American Dental Education Association, Hispanic Student Dental Association and American Association of Women Dentists.
Dr. Cristina is eager to return and serve the Naperville/Montgomery community she grew fond of during her time at North Central. She brings her enthusiasm and passion for dentistry with her to deliver care for all patients in a calm, kind and compassionate manner. Fluent in Spanish, Dr. Cristina believes that the patient experience and comfort are key to building a respectful patient-provider relationship. As an educator and advocate for patients, she fosters patients’ individualized goals and concerns. “My mission is to set you up for successful life-long oral health.”

Dr. Liz is originally a native of West Palm Beach, Florida. She now lives in the western suburbs of Chicago and has a daughter. She graduated from the prestigious Tufts University School of Dental Medicine where she received her dental degree. Dr. Liz has also completed extensive training in orthodontics and dento-facial orthopedics for general and pediatric dentistry. She can definitely make your smile look its best! She is certified in fast braces, clear correct, Invisalign, and traditional braces . She sees both adults and children for general dentistry and orthodontics.

Born and raised in Chicago, Dr. Amer Shah is dedicated to comprehensive, individualized care for his patients. After attending Loyola University in Chicago, he pursued his doctorate at the University of New England. He enjoys all kinds of procedures including preventative, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry. Today, he is Invisalign certified, a proud member of Spear Education, and recently became certified in placing dental implants.
Dr. Shah has been married since 2020. When he is not in the office, some of his favorite hobbies include watching and playing football, basketball, tennis, and pickleball. Most of his free time is spent with his family and friends; he loves going to restaurants, playing board games, traveling, hiking in national parks, and is a BIG foodie.

Vincent E. Biank, DDS attended grammar school and high school in the Chicago area. He then went on to attend the University of Illinois – Chicago. He entered Loyola University Dental School in 1970 and Graduated with Special Honors in 1974. He has been at his Oak Lawn location since 1978. He moved into the current location in 1986. Currently Dr. Biank is a member of the Chicago Dental Society, Illinois Dental Society, American Dental Association, American Association of Dental Anesthesiology-.Dr. Biank is a licensed dentist in the State of Illinois. He holds a certificate of Orthodontics from the United States Dental Institute, completing a five year program in Orthodontics. Dr. Biank is also certified in Invisalign, a form of invisible braces.
Dr. Biank has been married for 50 years to his wife Nancee, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Together they have valued care giving in the health professions. They have two married sons, Vincent F. Biank, a Pediatric Gastroenterologist and Ross Biank, a Psychologist and Public Policy Graduate at the University of Chicago. They both enjoy spending time with the grandchildren.

Dr. Anne Solus Gaffney graduated from Loyola University of Chicago with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. She then went on to graduate from Loyola University College of Dentistry. She is proud to have followed in her Mom and Dad’s footsteps, both of them dentists and had the extraordinary privilege of practicing with her Mom for 11 years. She is an avid animal lover, so much so that she’s expanded her practice to treat them. You may have seen a few of her patients when visiting Brookfield Zoo!

Having been taught the importance of hard work and dedication from a young age, Dr. Elhindi always strives to excel in everything he does. Dr. Elhindi has a BS in Psychobiology and Arabic from UCLA and his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Midwestern University. Dr. Elhindi is a well-rounded general dentist that likes performing cosmetic dentistry as well as surgical procedures like impacted wisdom teeth and extractions. Dr Elhindi also loves working with kids. Dr Elhindi is also fluent in Arabic and can speak novice conversational spanish.

Dr. Selam Totonchi grew up in the suburbs of Chicago and received a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry at the University of Illinois – Urbana, Champaign. He continued his education and received a Master of Science in Chemistry at Northeastern Illinois University. After a few years of being a Research and Development Chemist, Dr. Totonchi decided to change paths and pursue a lifelong career in Dentistry where he completed his DMD at University of Illinois – Chicago College of Dentistry. During his dental education, he became the President of the American Dental Education Association Chapter at UIC and participated in national conferences to improve quality and access to oral health care. Dr. Totonchi continued advancing his dental techniques and education by completing a General Practice Residency at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center.
When not in the office, Dr. Totonchi loves to spend most of his time with friends and family. He is the fun uncle of 8 nieces and nephews all ranging between the ages of 0 to 7. He is a foodie that loves trying different restaurants and cuisines. Additionally, his other hobbies are playing competitive racquetball, interactive board games, and free-style cooking.
Dr. Totonchi is dedicated to providing the highest quality of dental care and ensures that his patients are comfortable in the dental chair. When asked what his favorite aspect of dentistry is, Dr. Totonchi said, “Being able to get patients out of pain, along with the joy and smiles after doing so!”

Dr. Samer Shaltoni
Our Periodontist, Dr. Samer Shaltoni, grew up in Darien IL and graduated Cum Laude from Benedictine University with a Bachelor of Science in Health Science. He then pursued dental training and completed his periodontics residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) College of Dentistry where he served as chief resident and ambassador for the American Academy of Periodontology Foundation.
Currently, he holds memberships with the American Academy of Periodontology (AAP), Illinois Society of Periodontology (ISOP), Midwest Society of Periodontology, American Academy of Osseointegration (AO), Chicago Dental Society (CDS), and the International Team for Implantology (ITI).
Dr Shaltoni provides interdisciplinary and comprehensive options for our patients that include excellent periodontal care/management, specialist in dental implants, bone and soft tissue augmentation (guided bone regeneration, sinus augmentation, connective tissue, and free gingival tissue grafts), surgical extractions, and pathology. In addition, Dr. Shaltoni has experience and training in IV Moderate Sedation to help with patients that may be nervous, anxious, or prefer to be sedated for procedures. Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF) for increased tissue and wound healing, and complex full arch dental rehabilitation including all on four.
During his free time, Dr. Shaltoni enjoys spending time with his wife, family, and friends, trying new restaurants, watching basketball, and is an avid car enthusiast.
