MEET OUR DENTISTS
Dr. Cristina Francisco
Dr. Cristina Francisco grew up in Addison, IL, and graduated from North Central College with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She earned her Master's in Biomedical Sciences from Roosevelt University and completed her dental training at the University of Illinois Chicago College of Dentistry. During her dental education, she held several board member roles with the American Dental Education Association, the Hispanic Student Dental Association, and the American Association of Women Dentists.
Dr. John Mui
Dr. John Mui has treated thousands of happy patients over his 30 plus years as a general dentist. He believes in treating all patients as if they were a close friend or relative. You can be assured that all procedures will be explained clearly and performed with the utmost care. Dr. Mui grew up in Chicago’s Bridgeport neighborhood, graduated as the valedictorian in his high school class, majored in Biomedical Engineering at Northwestern University, and earned his DDS degree from the University of Illinois College of Dentistry. He has also completed a certificate from the United States Dental Institute for Orthodontics.
In his spare time, Dr. Mui holds a black belt in karate, loves to golf, watch the Bears, and try out new restaurants. He also speaks fluent Cantonese.
Dr. Jay Lee
Dr Jay Lee grew up in St. Louis and pursued his undergraduate studies at the University of Chicago. He completed his dental education at Tufts University In Boston and has been practicing dentistry in the Naperville area for the past 18 years. During his time as a dentist, he has learned that quality care lies at the intersection of trust and continuous learning. To that end, he is always striving to stay abreast of the latest techniques and technologies.
Through a combination of continuing education and learned experience, his primary aim is to create an environment in which his patients can find solutions for all their dental needs. He performs all phases of dentistry with a focus on specialty procedures related to implants, complex extractions, orthodontics, endodontics, and sleep apnea. In his free time, Dr. Lee enjoys fly fishing, teaching Sunday school, and performing magic tricks for his two little girls.
Dr. Matt Rurka
Dr. Rurka is a general practitioner who focuses on patient centered preventative and restorative dentistry. He was born and raised in Naperville and attended Benet Academy. He continued his education at Miami University in Ohio where he received his degree in Chemistry and the University of Louisville School of Dentistry where he received his DMD degree. Dr. Rurka takes pride in staying up to date with cutting edge practices in the field of dentistry through continuing education courses.
He is an active member of the American Dental Association, Illinois State Dental Association, and Chicago Dental Society. In his free time, Dr. Rurka enjoys spending time with his wife (Rachel), son (Owen), and golden retriever (Howie). He also enjoys running, golfing, and watching his favorite sports teams (especially the Chicago Cubs).
