Dr. Amrit Banipal
Creating smiles might sound cliche but that is exactly what I love about being a dentist. It gives me the opportunity to interact with my patients one-on-one, take the time to get to know them and understand their dental needs. My goal is to help all my patients by making every visit as comfortable as possible even though being in a dental office is not their favorite place to be. I prioritize that each patient is unique and so are their dental needs. I strive to do best for my patients and look forward to meeting each and every one of you!
I went to UIC for undergrad and completed my Bachelors in Biological Sciences. Currently, I live in the western suburbs. I enjoy spending my free time with my family, checking out any new places and eating out.

Dr. Shaan Baig
Dr. Shaan Baig was born and raised in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. He completed his undergraduate studies at Loyola Chicago where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BS in Biology in 2010. He then traveled to Los Angeles and graduated from USC School of Dentistry in 2016. While in LA, Dr. Baig mastered the arts of esthetic dentistry. After several years, he decided it was time to come back to Chicago and be closer to family. Dr. Baig is passionate about restorative dentistry and has a keen eye for cosmetic dentistry. He loves helping patients to achieve all their smile goals while emphasizing prevention and proper oral hygiene. He is honored and excited to be a part of the Smile Obsession team!
Dr. Emma Tello
Dr. Emma Tello was born and raised in Southern California. Inspired by her past dental experiences, she was drawn to a career where she could help others feel confident in their smiles while providing compassionate, patient-centered care. Her dental journey began at Loma Linda University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene and received the Klooster Humanitarian Award.
Years later, she followed her dream to Illinois, earning her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Midwestern University. During dental school, Dr. Tello found her roots in leadership, serving as President of her school chapter American Student Dental Association and later as President of the Executive Student Council. Her dedication earned her the Outstanding Student Leader Award and ASDA District Delegate of the Year Award. Dr. Tello believes great dentistry starts with listening and building genuine relationships with her patients.
She is fluent in Spanish and looks forward to caring for patients in both English and Spanish. Outside of the office, Dr. Tello enjoys Pilates, binge on tv shows, and creating flower bouquets.
